OUR MISSION

Our mission is to nurture young minds in a playful and interactive learning environment. Our dedicated teachers are the heart and soul of our center, driven by a genuine love for teaching. Our owner is present daily, with an open-door policy to support and connect with families. Communication is paramount to us as we strive to keep parents informed about their child's daily learning experiences. Together, we create a welcoming community built on trust and shared growth.

STATE APPROVED FACILITY

Our meals, including breakfast, lunch, and afternoon snacks, are thoughtfully prepared and approved by the esteemed CACFP program and Licensing. Additionally, we are honored to be a part of the Delaware Stars Program, where we currently hold a Star 5 rating. This recognition reflects our commitment to maintaining exceptional standards, ensuring that your child receives the highest quality care and nourishment while under our watchful guidance.

Meet Our Staff

Jessie Cain

Director/Founder

Jessie Estep - School Director

Our director has completed her Bachelor of Science in Child Family Studies with a minor in Sociology. She also has over 20 years of experience in the childcare field. She is also a Reservist as a Hydraulic Specialist for C-5 aircrafts in the US Air Force. 


Ms. Jessie enjoys reading books and signing with the children while she is visiting the classrooms and helping out in the baby room when she gets a chance.


Do not be surprised if you find her running around your town, either; she tries to pick 5ks that benefit children or the community monthly. She enjoys playing softball also; she currently plays on both co-ed and women’s teams during the spring, summer, and fall. Ms. Jessie also enjoys watching her daughter swim and cheering for her son on the baseball field. 

Ms. Hillary brings 37 years of dedicated experience to her role as an educator at Bright Futures Early Scholars Academy. With a Master's degree in early childhood and special education, she is equipped with a deep understanding of how to foster the development of young minds.


Ms. Hillary's favorite aspect of teaching is the knowledge that she can help nurture young minds, provide numerous opportunities for them to grow, explore, investigate, find solutions to their problems, and seek help or support whenever they need it.

Ms. Erin - School Teacher

Ms. Erin is an experienced educator with over 20 years of teaching expertise. As a certified TECE 1 & 2 teacher in the state of Delaware, she is dedicated to promoting early childhood education.


Ms. Erin has a passion for fostering a love of reading in her classroom and finds joy in witnessing children develop new skills and knowledge.
